At GlassesIndia.com, every order is handled with professional optical care and practical, transparent policies. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Orders in Production
Once lens work, prescription customization, or assembly has started, the order moves into production and can no longer be cancelled or modified — even if it has not yet been shipped.
Cancellations are only possible before processing begins and before the item is shipped. If work has started on your lenses or a custom configuration, the order is locked.
2. Final Sale Items (Non-Cancellable & Non-Returnable)
The following categories are treated as Final Sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once processing begins:
- Prescription Glasses & Powered Lenses
- Reading Glasses
- Progressive / Multifocal Glasses
- Ptosis Crutch Glasses
- Moisture Chamber Glasses
- Kids Safety Frames
- Any other custom-made or special-order eyewear
3. Ready-Stock & Non-Prescription Items
For ready-stock eyewear and non-prescription accessories:
– Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
– Once dispatched, our standard return & refund terms apply as per our Refund Policy.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
