Thank you for visiting www.GlassesIndia.com . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute the site’s Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 working days from the date of purchase. The orders will be delivered to serviceable locations across India within 7 working days after being shipped.
For Rx Swimming Goggles/ Ptosis Crutch Glasses / Special Custom Products : Delivery Time would be 10-15 Days in India

For Pre-Order Products - Shipping Time is 30-45 Days in India

For International Orders: Delivery Time varies based on International Shipping Partners and Custom Clearance. Delivery Time is not in our control.

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may get delayed by a few days. In such instance, you will be intimidated by email or call (on the details shared by you at the time of placing your order). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will get activated within 24 hours. You can visit the website of the logistics provider and track your order.

Receipt of Shipment

All deliveries sent to residential or commercial addresses require a signature. We take no responsibility for shipment receipt signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. In case no one is available to sign, a message will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to Glasses India. We do not take responsibility for an incorrect address that was provided at the time of placing the order. All claims for damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of order delivery.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the India are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
  • The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price paid and such additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner.
    We (Value Plus Marketing - GlassesIndia.com ) has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
  • Customs policies vary widely; customer should contact their local customs office for more information. 
  • For all cases of returns, customer will be the exporter from the original shipping destination and will be responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country or regions. In all such cases, customer will bear the shipping charges along with custom duties while returning the product and the same will be deducted from refund amount.
